Chosen amongst design firms across North Carolina, 828 recently created the identity for the new AIA North Carolina Center for Architecture and Design. The center located in Raleigh, NC will be a multifaceted facility promoting architecture among peers, the general public and the legislators of NC. The building’s iconic form served as inspiration. It has been an honor and privilege to work with some of North Carolina’s most talented architects in the development of the logo.

National Ad Campaign Reinvigorates August 15, 2011
Hickory White’s licensed brand, Lillian August, looked to 828 to help art direct and design their latest national ad. The ad placed this summer in Traditional Home and resulted in energizing and reintroducing Lillian August to a consumer who might have only known the brand for its classic antique reproductions. A noticeable uptick in web traffic as well as sales on the table and chairs in the ad have been credited to the creative. Look for more ads running in Architectural Digest and other shelter publications.

Through video, webcasts, articles, personal stories, research briefs, and current news, those whose lives have been affected by TBI can learn more about brain injury symptoms and treatment, rehabilitation, and family issues associated with TBI care and recovery. 828 is honored to help develop a tool for the many proud service members and their families dealing with TBI.
Building the Burgerworx Brand July 1, 2011
828 worked with restaurant owners Mellisa Launch and Carole Bowers to launch their latest endeavor in Asheville: Burgerworx. This casual eatery takes burger-building to a whole new level. With the direction of fun, fast and tasty, 828 helped create branding that stands out in the ever cluttered Asheville food scene. 828 also helped choose several of the interior finishes in the restaurant.
